1 Introduction

Welcome to wsjl ("wsjl," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and wsjl with respect to your access to and use of the wsjl online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website wsjl.club and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. wsjl reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the wsjl Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at all times while using the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of wsjl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by wsjl or any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in connection with your use of the Platform.

wsjl reserves the right to request additional proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wsjl may result in account suspension or termination.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of wsjl services, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the wsjl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. wsjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Know Your Customer (KYC): wsjl is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with all KYC procedures, including the submission of government-issued identification and proof of address.
5. Account Ownership: Your wsjl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wsjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Accepted Payment Methods: wsjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All payment methods are subject to availability and may be subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform from time to time.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your wsjl account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank. wsjl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by wsjl within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within sixty (60) seconds to a few minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and cut-off times. wsjl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions: Prior to processing a withdrawal, you must have completed all applicable KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms before they may be withdrawn. wsjl reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

wsjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum deposit conditions as set out in the applicable promotion terms published on the Platform.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (₱) and may only be used on the wsjl Platform.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• wsjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in account suspension.
• wsjl reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's wagering activity qualifies for bonus purposes.

6 Gameplay & Fair Play

wsjl is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following terms govern gameplay on the Platform:

• Random Number Generation: All games on the wsjl Platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of results.
• Game Rules: Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, wsjl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. wsjl's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
• Minimum and Maximum Wagers: Each game is subject to minimum and maximum wager limits as displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by wsjl at any time.
• Disconnection Policy: wsjl is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's side. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the Platform will attempt to complete the round based on the last recorded game state.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wsjl Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Creating or operating more than one player account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to wsjl immediately.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence under Philippine law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or wsjl staff through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the wsjl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interfaces, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the exclusive property of wsjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws of the Republic of the Philippines and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without wsjl's prior written consent.
• Use any wsjl trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of wsjl's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9 Privacy & Data

wsjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of your data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of our services.

wsjl will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and other service providers strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer through the contact details provided in Section 15 of these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wsjl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or financial institutions.

In no event shall wsjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wsjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude wsjl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Suspension & Termination

wsjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity, as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable verification procedures and deduction of any outstanding obligations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting wsjl customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

12 Responsible Gaming

wsjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the well-being of all players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your account dashboard.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek assistance from qualified support organisations. wsjl supports the PAGCOR-recommended responsible gaming framework and enforces the following measures:

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and wsjl arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the conduct of gaming operations, players may also file a complaint with PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

wsjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wsjl will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
